January 2004 marked the launch of a new Company, Reddin Housing Services Limited.
For over 30 years Reddin and Company Limited (and its predecessor Reddin & Nuttall) has worked in social housing, operating closely with Registered Social Landlords (RSL’s), and its business continues to evolve to meet their changing needs.
Reddin Housing Services Ltd. continues this tradition adding to the services designed to achieve the Companies' mission. We pride ourselves in adding value through alternative dispute resolution, such as mediation, and management services. Consultancy with RSL’s and their contractors to improve rent recovery and service delivery is currently showing strong growth with recent contracts successfully delivered with Kush Housing Association, with ARHAG, Fairhazel Housing Co-Op and with the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, Ekaya Housing Asociation and current projects with Paddington Churches Housing Association in London.
We can provide both short-term and long-term cover, including interim and maternity.
Vincina Mellor, Director, has a unique track record in the housing movement, particularly in Arrears Management. She worked for Circle 33 Housing Trust for over 15 years and over recent years has been an outstandingly successful housing manager, dealing with rent arrears whilst still maintaining the ever-critical relationships with Tenants. Whilst with C33 she was a Customer Services Team Manager with the Holly Street Partnership.
She has also been a Board Member of the Alcohol Recovery Project (ARP) and active in the Black and Ethnic Minority (BME) housing movement.
