Over half of our work in the UK is related to housing disrepair. As a result of having been instructed in cases dealing with issues of disrepair and health in housing we have built up a unique understanding of the needs of occupants - the end-users of buildings- as well as landlords, housing providers and funders.

Understanding these needs is central to our work in our consultancy and how we approach construction management and . Design of new build and refurbished accommodation and prioritisation of planned and reactive maintenance are grounded in that understanding.
